Fishermen and Hunter reservations

2024 season

(American and European plan)                   

• At the time of your reservation, you can pay your deposit by check, bank transfer or Interac.

• For all credit card transactions, a 5% fee will be added to your invoice

• For all reservations, a 40% deposit in Canadian dollars is required to guarantee your reservation.

• We allow 4 days to confirm the reservation and to confirm your deposit.
  
  

• You will receive a confirmation, a receipt and a detailed description of your reservation. 

• The balance must be paid 60 days before your scheduled arrival.
  
  

• No reservations from fishermen, using guest rates (B&B) to book their stays via our reservation platform or that of our partners, will be accepted and will be refused.
  
  

• When you make a reservation, we guarantee it within the limits indicated below.
  
  It is understood that by making a reservation with APDLRM, you accept our terms and conditions
  
  In this sense, we invite you to protect yourself by taking out travel insurance.

Fishermen cancellation

(American and European plan)

• Deposits are non-refundable EXCEPT in cases of serious illness with a doctor's note and-or death certificate.
  They are only transferable, in this case you will receive a (credit note-transferable-non refundable) and exceptionally valid for 1 years.

• The balance of the payment will be due upon your arrival.

•  Deposits are also transferable to anyone.

• We do not give refunds.  
   

Guide and initiation courses

• In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, no amount will be charged.

• In case of late cancellation (7 days or less) or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  
  

Hunting cancellations

• No refund but transferable to another group 

Fishing cancellation (weather conditions)

• Mother nature can surprise us with weather changes beyond our control each season, the river is too low,
  there has not been a good salmon run, the weather is too hot or cold and windy etc.

• Under these circumstances, we cannot issue a refund or credit.
  
  
  
  

Reservation - For Visitors in B&B (group 2 rooms and/or 2 nights and more)

• For reservations of two nights or two rooms and more, we must ask for a 40% deposit which can be paid either by credit card, bank transfer or interac.
  
  

• You will receive a confirmation, a receipt and a detailed description of your reservation.

Cancellation

For B&B Visitors (one night) and (Group 2 rooms and/or 2 days and more)

• In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, we will refund you the full amount received.

• In case of late cancellation (6 days or less) or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. 

• Credit card payment: A 5% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Time of arrival and departure

• Fisherman: 14:00 - 10:00

• Visitors and group: Arrival between 16h00 and 22h00, departure 10 am

• Parking is free

For late arrivals after 22:00 .... please let us know in advance.
